The DotShell2 continues the legacy of the original DotShell — now refined, perfected, and evolved. Designed for the DotAIO family and compatible AIO’s, it preserves the proven concept while elevating it with thoughtful upgrades in both form and function.

Airflow regulation is now more direct and precise through a dual system: airflow pins and tubes act as the primary control, offering accurate tuning from tight MTL up to open DL, while the airflow ring provides micro-adjustment for extra fine-tuning of draw feel and resistance.

A newly integrated 510 threading eliminates the need for a separate base, allowing quick, seamless setup and coil maintenance. The redesigned anodized-aluminum AFC base attaches magnetically, closing the aesthetic gap of v1 and offering reversible installation for full, unobstructed airflow or a stealthier look.

Small but meaningful tweaks also appear inside the deck, with deeper wick channels and improved liquid intake positioning for smoother performance.

DotShell2 is not a replacement—it’s the perfected continuation of an icon.

– Air flow tuning via Airflow Pins and Tubes as the Primary Regulator and Airflow Ring as a Secondary, Micro-Tuning Tool.
Out of the box, five airflow pins (1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, and 2.0mm) which can be hosted inside the pre-installed, stock positive post. Full range of pins (11 pins from 1.0mm to 2.0mm in 0.1mm steps) available as standalone items in our parts section. Additionally, three more, alternative positive posts, which offer an air flow of 2.5mm, 3.0mm (out of the box) and 3.5mm (available as extra accessory) respectively.
